Industrial Design

A type of Intellectual Property (IP), a right based on the visual features of shape, configuration, pattern or ornament, or any combination of these features, applied to a finished article made by hand, tool or machine. The design must have features that are appealing to the eye and must be original to be registered for protection under the Industrial Design Act.
