Abandoned Cart

Abandoned Cart

While a customer is shopping online on an E-commerce site they will tend to leave their shopping carts full of products instead of proceeding to check out. They will neglect their shopping carts for multiple reasons, they are not ready to continue with the transaction, or simply using their shopping cart more of a “wish list” as they continue shopping to compare prices. Arranging a reminder via email is often enough to prompt them to continue their shopping and finish checking out is a good way to let the customers know that the shopping cart is awaiting their transaction.
